This is a good starting point for the NC500 or just to spend some time relaxing with stunning views, it is a ‘back to basics’ campsite with a very relaxed feel about the place. There is a village close by but not much there other than a co-op shop.

A golf course within walking distance and the area is a great place to see dolphins from the campsite or walk up to the point at about 4:30 and you can see them from the shore as they feed, we saw them in the morning as we were having breakfast outside and they all swam past about ten feet away from our van !
