Well I can honestly say that this is my favourite purchase in 2024 ! I absolutely love it and making restaurant quality pizza is a breeze . It comes with a carry bag and the flue comes off and stores inside the oven so this is perfect for taking away with you in the van or car on your camping trip .This oven can use wood , pellets or charcoal but I like to use the wood kindling or oak as it really gives the pizza a smoky taste . If cooking with wood isn’t your thing you can buy a different attachment that replaces the wood hopper and you can use gas instead ! This is great if your cooking for large numbers and believe me when people taste your pizza you’ll be cooking for the whole street ! Using gas also makes the oven reach temperature quicker so you can keep your eyes on the pizza making rather than keeping the fire going ..
