Have you ever considered starting your own online business ?? After  I closed my conversion company Alpine campers I had no choice but to return to my trade as a joiner of thirty years doing barn conversions and bespoke Joinery .I got busier and busier working more and more hours . This was all good as I was busy but not having the time to do the things I really enjoyed . Then I met some like minded van lifers when I was in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland and they introduced me to this online training program . I wasn’t too sure at first as I’m not really technically minded but I thought this could be a good option for me to free some of my time up and be able to earn whilst I was away instead of always having to return home on a Sunday so I could be back to work on Monday . Suddenly it hit me like a tone of bricks that selling my time for money is absolute madness ! We all strive to be busier at work or get that promotion so we can afford to do more things or spend more time with the family but as a result of this we end up spending more time at work with more pressure and less family time . Recently I’ve realised that time is the most important thing we have so I decided to do this online training course on starting my own online business and now I only work three days a week and I’m earning way more than I ever did before and the best thing is if I’ve  got my lap top and internet I can work from the van ! My end goal is to replace my income completely then I can travel as much as I like and not have to worry about money .
